2. APPLICATION RANGE
This product applies to A.C. rated voltage Uo/U is 6600/10000V, water-filled submersible motor and electronics working under similar conditions, and cross-linked high-voltage submersible motor winding wire, simplified SXLPE water-proof winding wire.

3. CONDUCTOR
- SXLPE submersible winding wire conductor should conform to regulation stipulated in GB/T6108 standard
- SXLPE winding wire conductor adopts multi-core, should conform to stranded round copper stipulated in GB/T3953TR standard.
4. INSULATION
- Insulation thickness average value should not be less than 90% of nominal value.
- Eccentricity of insulation in the same cross section shouldn’t be over 10%.
- Insulation layer should be tightly attached to the conductor; insulation layer surface should be smooth, no bubble, no impurities and no mechanical damage.
5. PROTECTIVE SHEATH
- The protective sheath conform to JB/T4014.2 standard appendix B, nylon 1010 required, water medium, use high strength, high-voltage resistance polyolefin as protective sheath.
- The protective sheath thickness should conform to standards, thinnest place should not be less 0.05mm than nominal value.
- The protective sheath surface should be smooth, no bubble, no impurities and no mechanical damage.
